Shipping policy

At Drip Prints Apparel, each item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality while delivering unique designs you won’t find anywhere else.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International: 10–20 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events outside our control

Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • Drip Prints Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
